Summary:
Follow the TeXbook instructions on how to construct square roots. Using
makeCustomSizedDelim, this becomes nearly trivial.

Test Plan:
 - Make sure normal tests work
 - Make sure the new huxley test looks good, and other huxley tests haven't changed.
