Erik Demaine	403126e56d	Do not force sizing groups to display inline-block (#2044) ... Fix #1788 by removing `display:inline-block` rule from `.sizing`. I don't see why a sizing change cares about the display mode, and it fixes the interaction between `makeVList` and sizing commands. Hiromi Ishii	6f1661f7da	Implements \mathchoice command (#969) ... This PR implements `\mathchoice` function. I once created PR on the wrong branch. Sorry for the mess. This is particularly useful when one defines custom macro for "big operators".
